We’re a small, collaborative team of therapists serving individuals and couples in Toronto’s West End (Roncesvalles / Parkdale / High Park). Each therapist brings their own expertise — whether that’s anxiety and burnout, ADHD, relationships, pregnancy and postpartum support, chronic pain, or life transitions, or other topics — but we share the same approach: warm, thoughtful, collaborative therapy that provides you with the insights, tools, and support you need to grow.
