My Approach
I have experience working with a number of issues, including: anxiety, depression, struggles in relationships (romantic, familial, friendships, and in the workplace), life transitions, low self-esteem, racial and immigrant identity, building better coping strategies, and healing events from the past. I will offer insights, observations, and gentle challenges when you need them.
